1–3. Understand what you will pay
1. Is billing based on drivers, vehicles, created orders or completed tasks? 2. What does the package include and what costs extra? 3. What happens to unused allowance and repeat attempts? Do not compare only the prominent price on a card. Onfleet states that it bills completed tasks; LogiXY offers successful-delivery packages without driver fees. The word “delivery” needs a clear definition in each proposal.

4–6. Walk through a full working day
4. How are orders entered, checked and assigned? 5. How does the driver record a delivery or exception? 6. What happens when connectivity is lost? Bring anonymized orders and avoid a demonstration limited to the ideal journey. Include an incomplete address, a refused delivery and a pending synchronization. Evaluate what information is retained and who receives the issue for resolution.
7–9. Look at your customer’s experience
7. What can recipients see without signing in? 8. What supporting evidence is available after delivery? 9. Which communication channels are included and which cost extra? Open tracking on another phone and check whether the language is clear. If you need your own branding, review the actual scope across the portal, messages and app; a logo on one screen does not mean complete customization.
10–12. Review continuity and exit
10. Who can view, correct and export information? 11. What human support is included and how are issues escalated? 12. How do you retrieve data if you change platforms? Request written answers and test relevant functions. Distinguish an automated assistant available around the clock from a human team with defined hours and scope. Do not assume integrations based on a name or logo.
Decide with a focused trial
Before testing, define three acceptance criteria: for example, assign a route without duplicate orders, resolve an exception and reconcile a collection. Assign an owner and record what worked. The choice should make the team’s work easier and fulfill the promise to the recipient. Bring these questions to a LogiXY demo to review your operation, without turning a feature list into a promise of results.
